  • Where is the store based?

  • Is your shop affected by the Canada Post Strike?

    Yes, I primarily use Canada Post to ship orders, and as you may be aware, if you follow other Canadian creators and small businesses, as of December 17, 2024, the strike is officially over. Due to the backlog of mail and shipments Canada Post will likely be catching up on due to the strike, I will be holding all shop orders and shipping them in the new year. This way, we can hopefully avoid your order being lost in the backlog.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, but I do not provide tracking for international orders. They will be shipped via Canada Post Ground and can take up to 2 months to arrive depending on your postal service. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen orders. If you have any questions, please email me at [email protected].

  • Is tracking applied to my order?

    No. I do not provide tracking for Canadian, US, and international orders. They will be shipped via Canada Post Ground and can take up to 2 months to arrive depending on your postal service.   • How long will it take to receive my order?

    It may take me a up to three business days to package your order and get to the post office to mail it.

    Once shipped most Canadian and US orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and international orders will arrive anywhere between four to six weeks depending on your postal service.
